Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Office Manager to oversee our financial records and manage daily office operations. This role requires a strong background in accounting and proficiency with various accounting software. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate bookkeeping, , and support overall office efficiency to facilitate smooth business operations.( customers/ invoices/ payment)
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, entry and financial management
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or issues requiring resolution
- Maintain organized financial documentation in compliance with company policies
- Support administrative tasks related to office management, including correspondence and scheduling
Skills
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks,
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and vendors
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
