Broken Stone Winery is building a small roster of casual, on-call pizza kitchen cooks for the 2026 season. If you’ve got kitchen experience, a love of good food, and the flexibility to pick up a shift here and there — we’d love to have you in our corner.
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE
No set schedule. We’ll reach out when we need an extra set of hands — typically a few times a month — and you tell us if you’re available. Shifts run anywhere from a few hours to a full day. The work is straightforward: prepping ingredients, stretching dough, firing pies on a wood-fired oven, and keeping a clean station. We’ll train you on our menu and process.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Maybe you cooked professionally for years and aren’t ready to hang up the apron entirely. Maybe you’re a serious home cook who’s always wanted to work a real kitchen. Maybe you just want a reason to spend a Saturday afternoon on one of the most beautiful properties in Prince Edward County. Whatever brings you here — if you’re reliable, easy to work with, and take food seriously, we want to hear from you.
THE DETAILS
- 10–15 hours per month, flexible
- Paid hourly, commensurate with experience
- Seasonal: summer through fall harvest
