We are a custom home / business improvement company that supplies and installs everything from outdoor living solutions to golf simulators and home automation.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of building components, fixtures, and systems with precision and adherence to project specifications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new construction to custom renovation, ensuring quality workmanship and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to install golf simulators, outdoor awnings and screens, outdoor kitchens, and other building components.
- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, cutting, and assembling materials according to project plans.
- Apply caulking, sealing, and waterproofing techniques to ensure proper insulation and protection.
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Maintain a clean work environment and organize tools and materials efficiently throughout the job site.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related trades.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and familiarity with construction equipment.
- Knowledge of installing/ setting up projectors, computers, various electronics is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials and working at heights when necessary.
- Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from the Edmonton office. Vehicles will be provided for work duties upon submission of clean drivers abstract.
