BoomerangFX is a private-equity-backed healthcare SaaS company scaling rapidly toward an IPO. We are building the category-defining operating system for private-pay healthcare practices—and we are looking for a Senior Account Executive to own revenue and drive growth.
This role is designed for a senior, proven closer who thrives in fast-paced environments, values ownership, and wants meaningful upside tied to performance and long-term equity value.
Location & Compensation
- Location: Mississauga, Ontario
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week (first month: 5 days onsite for onboarding)
- Base Salary: $65,000–$75,000
- OTE: $200,000+ (uncapped)
- Equity: Eligible for BoomerangFX Stock Option Plan after 6 months

What You’ll Own
This role owns revenue outcomes, not activity metrics.
You will:
- Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity through close
- Run high-impact, value-driven demos with clinic owners, physicians, and senior operators
- Sell a multi-module SaaS platform that directly impacts revenue and operational efficiency
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting in HubSpot
- Navigate short sales cycles with urgency, structure, and control
- Collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining clear ownership of the number
You are expected to create momentum, not wait for it.
What It Takes to Succeed
We are intentionally selective.
Required experience:
- 5+ years of closing experience in SaaS, healthcare, or complex B2B sales
- Documented history of consistent quota attainment or overperformance
- Experience selling to SMB and Mid-Market decision-makers
- Strong command of live demos, objection handling, and negotiation
- Comfort operating in short sales cycles
- Advanced CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred experience:
- Healthcare, medspa, dental, or private-pay industry exposure
- Experience selling platform or multi-product SaaS solutions
- Understanding of digital marketing or paid advertising concepts
- Experience in high-growth or PE-backed environments
