P*hoenix Industrial is currently hiring Ironworkers *for an exciting upcoming project at the Nisku Mod yard! Join our team and take the next step in your career—delivering high-quality solutions while working with a company that values your skills and growth.
This is a safety-sensitive position that requires completion of pre-employment/pre-access testing.
What we offer:

What you get to do:
- Read blueprints and specifications.
- Unload and stack steel.
- Assemble rigging such as cablers, pulleys and hooks.
- Install scaffolding, as required.
- Assemble and erect prefabricated metal structures.
- Physically capable of performing all tasks required of field Ironworkers.
- Build steel erection for structural steel building and structural steel penalization.
- Bolt up and impacting.
- Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the lay out of work
- Position steel units, align holes, and insert temporary bolts while checking alignments and joining steel parts.
- Heavy lift, rigging and setting of building modules.
- Ensures the safety of the crew, equipment, and environment.
Qualifications
- Successfully complete a pre-access drug and alcohol testing
- Valid Alberta Ironworker Journeyman or Red Seal Certification
- CSTS-20 / WHMIS 2015
- Valid Fall Protection Certificate
- Valid Aerial Work Platform
- Physically capable of performing all tasks required of field Ironworkers
- Invested in a safety-oriented work environment
- Previous Experience: Ironworker, welder, welding, structural ironworker, welder apprentice, construction, ironworkers, apprentice, journeyman
