Position Overview: We are actively hiring experienced ICF installers, formwork carpenters, and concrete construction workers who can work efficiently with minimal supervision. This is an ideal role for someone who understands ICF systems, layout, bracing, and concrete prep, and takes pride in delivering clean, accurate work. Key Responsibilities: Install ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) for above-grade walls and structures Perform formwork, bracing, alignment, and layout Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans Assist with rebar placement, concrete pours, and finishing prep Maintain quality control, accuracy, and productivity on-site Work independently and alongside crew to meet deadlines Follow all construction safety standards and procedures Requirements: Experience in ICF installation, concrete forming, or formwork carpentry Strong knowledge of construction tools, materials, and job site workflow Ability to work with minimal supervision Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation (required) Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented **
