Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate welders, plasma cutters, bevelers, torches, clamping tools and grinders
- Fit and Assemble products to Kubes Steel Quality standards
- Layout reference points and patterns for parts, read bludprints
- Knowledge of welding symbols
- Prepare material as per drawings
- Fabricate sub-assemblies
Qualifications and Skill Requirements
- Custom fabrication structural plate fitting experience
- Current welding ticket(s) would be an asset.
The hourly rate for this position will vary based on the applicant's experience and qualifications. We value a candidate's knowledge and skills, and recognize that those who bring more to the table should be compensated accordingly. The rate will be determined in the hiring process, and we aim to provide fair and competitive compensation for all team members.
