Position Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Digital Payment Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical to the successful deployment and support of laundry payment systems. You'll be responsible for installing card readers, configuring software, and providing both remote and onsite technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payment System Expertise:
Gain in-depth knowledge of various commercial laundry card and digital payment systems, including hardware and backend software platforms.
Install card readers and associated hardware on laundry equipment both in our warehouse and at customer locations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with digital payment systems remotely via phone/email and onsite when necessary.
Set up, test, and manage backend software systems that control card and mobile payments, user accounts, pricing, and reporting.
- Customer Training & Support:
Assist customers with onboarding and train them on how to use payment systems and portals.
Perform routine service and occasional emergency repairs or adjustments to ensure minimal customer downtime.
Qualifications:
- Strong comfort level with technology and software platforms
- Basic mechanical or electrical skills (tools, wiring, mounting hardware)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for field work
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
