We are growing fast, and we need a skilled operator to help run our current and future DR12s.

What We Are Looking For:
We need someone who knows their way around a heavy rotary/air-percussion rigs. We have two paths for this role:
- The Licensed Pro: You already hold an active MECP Class 1 Well Technician License in Ontario and have 3+ years of experience on DTH hammer rotary rigs.
- The Experienced Operator: You don’t have the Class 1 card yet, but you have 3+ years of verifiable experience operating a DR12 or DR24 (or equivalent top-head rotary rig). If you have the hands-on skills, we will provide the structure, mentorship, and support to get you fully licensed as a Class 1 Tech.

Core Responsibilities:
- Safely transport, set up, and operate water well drilling rigs.
- Manage the drilling site, ensure strict compliance with O. Reg 903.
- Work collaboratively with the drill team, our office and our pump and filtration teams to deliver complete water systems to our clients.
- Maintain clear daily logs, drilling records, and well records for MECP compliance.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and visual inspections on the rigs.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years operating large top-head drive rotary or dual-rotary drill rigs (Foremost or equivalent air-percussion units).
- Licensing: Active Ontario Class 1 Well Technician License IS A MAJOR ASSET. Alternatively, a proven track record that qualifies you to challenge and obtain the Class 1 license within 12 months.
- Driver’s License: Clean DZ or AZ Commercial License (required to move the rigs and support trucks).
- Mindset: Dependable, safety-first attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to relocate long-term to Northwestern Ontario.

- Highly competitive hourly rate (dependent entirely on your licensing and rig experience).
