Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 4–5 years’ progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with demonstrated experience operating at a Recruiter level.
- Prior in-house, RPO/agency experience and work within a matrixed organization preferred.
- Proven experience recruiting across multiple countries and/or provinces within Canada (broader North America preferred), with an understanding of regional labor markets, hiring practices and compliance considerations.
- Strong proficiency in competency-based and structured interviewing methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver results with urgency, and operate with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Fluent in French and English with crisp verbal and written communication skills
The pay range for this position is 70,000- 105,000 CAD in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and Location. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation.
