Qualifications:
The Unified Part Groups ideal Heavy Duty Counter Salesperson will have strong knowledge and experience of all things Heavy Duty and will bring a passion for delivering customer care to the job every day. Other qualifications a must:
*Heavy Duty Parts Experience
*Minimum 18 years of age
* Experience preferred
*Valid driver’s license
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing heavy-duty parts while providing exceptional customer service.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash with precision.
- Maintain organized inventory and assist in order fulfillment.
- Utilize strong communication skills to address customer inquiries and negotiate sales effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience and uphold standards.
- Stay informed about automotive repair trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
