What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional facial treatments tailored to each client's individual skincare needs
- Create memorable client experiences through outstanding customer service
- Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
- Explain treatments clearly and recommend enhancements that benefit the client
- Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and professional home-care products
- Recommend appropriate retail products and facial frequency based on client goals
- Promote our exclusive membership program and wellness philosophy
- Maintain accurate client records and communicate updates with the Spa Manager and Spa Associates
- Maintain treatment rooms and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism
- Work collaboratively with the spa team to create an exceptional client experience
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Certified Esthetician Diploma (or equivalent)
- Body treatment or bodywork training is considered an asset
- Knowledge of professional skincare products and treatments
- Retail sales experience or confidence recommending products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others
- A professional appearance and strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- A collaborative, team-first mindset
Compensation
Starting from $18 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
