Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of team members to ensure smooth operations
- Train and support associates to meet service standards and company policies.
- Monitor operational procedures to maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues with professionalism and tact.
- Support promotional activities and special events as needed.
Qualifications
- Retail experience desired but prior supervisory or management not required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays if required.
