We're looking for a creative, outgoing, and self-motivated Marketing & Content Creator to take ownership of our social media presence and help tell the Peak Dental Arts story. If you're always thinking of your next Reel, love creating engaging content, and enjoy working with people, we'd love to meet you.
This is a hands-on role where you'll spend time throughout our clinics capturing real moments, filming treatments, showcasing our team, and producing content that attracts new patients and builds our brand.
What You'll Be DoingContent Creation
- Capture high-quality photo and video content across both Peak Dental Arts locations.
- Film and edit engaging Instagram Reels, Stories and other short-form video content.
- Photograph treatments, technology, our team, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Create graphics, educational posts, before-and-after content, and promotional materials.
- Build and maintain a large library of photo and video content for future campaigns.
- Stay on top of current social media trends and bring fresh content ideas to the team.
Social Media Management
- Take ownership of our Instagram account and overall social media presence.
- Plan, schedule and publish content according to a monthly content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages and engagement.
- Respond to social media interactions when appropriate.
- Track performance and continually improve engagement and reach.
- Ensure all content aligns with the Peak Dental Arts brand and voice.
Marketing Support
- Work closely with our dentists and leadership team to plan upcoming marketing campaigns.
- Capture patient testimonials and success stories (with consent).
- Promote services including Invisalign, implants, cosmetic dentistry, same-day dentistry and new patient promotions.
- Assist with practice events, community initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with external marketing partners and vendors when required.
What Success Looks Like
The successful candidate will help make Peak Dental Arts one of the most recognizable dental brands in Metro Vancouver by consistently creating engaging, authentic content.
We expect this role to:
- Produce 3–5 high-quality Instagram Reels each week
- Maintain an active Instagram Story presence throughout the week
- Consistently capture fresh content during regular clinic hours
- Build a growing library of professional photos and videos for future campaigns
- Increase social media engagement and follower growth
- Help generate new patient inquiries through social media
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience creating engaging content for Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Is comfortable filming and photographing patients, staff and procedures (with appropriate consent).
- Has strong video editing skills using platforms such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar.
- Has an eye for photography, composition and storytelling.
- Understands what performs well on Instagram and stays current with trends.
- Is highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Is confident working independently and taking initiative.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Is energetic, professional and enjoys interacting with people.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing social media for a business.
- Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite experience.
- Photography or videography experience.
- Experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Basic understanding of SEO and website content.
- Previous experience in healthcare, dental or medical marketing.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional evenings or weekends for special events or content shoots
Work Location: In person (North Vancouver)
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
