POSITION TITLE: Veterinary Administrative Assistant/Driver

We are looking for a Veterinary Administrative Assistant/Driver to work out of the Calgary area
Job Description:
- Provide transportation to support Veterinarians
- Assist with Data entry and statistical analysis
- Assist with feed script preparation
- Streamline veterinary workflow
- Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple project components
- Assist veterinarians during farm visits through Prairie Livestock Veterinarians
- Participate in producer training and knowledge translation activities
- Contribute to record-keeping and monitoring systems for herd health and production performance

Requirements for Application:
- Valid drivers licence
- Ability to travel within Saskatchewan and Alberta occasionally overnight

Preference Given to Candidates Who:
- Have good working knowledge of Microsoft365 and/or Business Central
- Swine or poultry industry experience is an asset
This is a full time position. When not on farm hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm. On farm hours will vary depending on location and client need.
