We are seeking a detail-oriented Project & Installation Coordinator to join our team at Shade Sails Canada, a leading manufacturer and retailer of shade sails and custom shade solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting operational momentum of the project lifecycle through administration and coordination of commercial installations and the installer network.
This role requires: technical proficiency with a digital workplace; willingness to learn new software tools; and strengths in administration, organization and office management. Some practical experience with light construction installation would prove an asset.
This role will ensure documentation is collected and filed in databases, and timelines are monitored to schedule work efficiently. This person will work daily in a collaborative office with fellow team members, supporting the Project Manager with meeting, project, installation coordination as well as quality assurance.
This role will support communications with our Installers, providing them accurate information and collecting and filing from them relevant project documents such as photos and completion reports.
