Property Renovation Technician – Now Hiring
We are looking for motivated, skilled individuals to join our growing team as Property Renovation Technicians. If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.
In this role, your skills will be put to the test every day from troubleshooting issues and identifying solutions to completing repairs and renovations to a professional standard. No two days are the same, and successful candidates will be comfortable handling a wide variety of repair, maintenance, and renovation projects.
What You'll Bring
This position requires a broad range of construction and renovation skills, including:
- Drywall installation, repair, and finishing
- Interior and exterior painting
- Laminate flooring installation and repairs (considered an asset)
- Finish carpentry
- General remodeling and renovation experience
- Exterior building repairs, including roofing and siding
- Fence and deck repairs
- Basic landscaping and property maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Requirements
- Valid Class 5 (non-GDL) driver's license - manditory
- Clean driver's abstract
- Basic hand tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Applicants who do not meet the driver's license will not be considered.
