We are looking for a Part-Time Guest Service Representative to join our team. This position requires evening and weekend availability.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist guests with confidence.
- Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments using our booking software.
- Check guests in and out while processing payments accurately.
- Recommend retail products and promote salon and spa services to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Support our service providers by helping appointments run smoothly and efficiently.
- Build lasting relationships with guests through exceptional customer care.
- Work collaboratively with the entire team to create an outstanding experience for every guest.
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience in hospitality, retail, salon, spa, or a similar environment is considered an asset.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable learning new technology and booking software.
- A team player who enjoys helping others succeed.
- Someone who takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.
