Training is provided to ensure you are fully comfortable with our specific vegetable processing safety protocols.
Available Shifts
- Morning: Monday to Saturday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Night: Sunday to Thursday | 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- HACCP Monitoring: Perform hourly checks on Critical Control Points (CCPs) specifically for vegetable processing, such as wash-water chlorine levels and metal detector functionality.
- GMP Supervision: Walk the production floor to ensure all team members follow Good Manufacturing Practices (proper PPE, hand hygiene, and food handling).
- Temperature Control: Regularly monitor and log temperatures in the cold storage and processing rooms to ensure vegetable crispness and safety.
- Quality Inspections: Inspect incoming raw produce for freshness and outgoing packaged goods for proper sealing and labeling.
- Sanitation Checks: Conduct pre-operational inspections to ensure all equipment is clean and free of debris before production begins.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in a food factory or food industry environment (HACCP or QA department preferred).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with GMPs and basic food safety standards.
- Physical Environment: Must be able to work in a cold environment (refrigerated processing plant).
- Reliability: Ability to start immediately following an in-person interview.
