Full-Time Handyman / Property Maintenance Technician
Pay: CA$18.00–CA$20.00 per hour
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Full-Time Handyman / Property Maintenance Technician to become part of our team. This position is ideal for someone with practical maintenance experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining residential properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform decking repairs, painting, and exterior property cleaning.
- Complete drywall installation, repairs, and insulation work.
- Assist with property viewings and tenant showings when required.
- Install and repair doors, windows, cabinets, and other fixtures.
- Carry out basic plumbing, general maintenance, and minor repair work.
- Respond to a variety of property maintenance and upkeep tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in general handyman or maintenance work.
- Ability to perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks independently.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and continuously improve.
- Strong work ethic with excellent reliability and time management.
- A valid driver's licence is required.
- Access to a personal vehicle is highly preferred.
