Front Desk & Studio Support Coordinator
Part-Time | Approximately 20 Hours Per Week

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to become the welcoming face of our studio and support the day-to-day operations of our growing dance family.
Position Overview
The Front Desk & Studio Support Coordinator plays an important role in creating a positive experience for students and families. This person will greet customers, assist with administrative tasks, support studio operations, and help ensure families feel welcomed, informed, and supported.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and loves being part of a positive team atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet students, parents, and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Help families feel comfortable and supported within the studio environment
- Respond to emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Send invoices and assist with collecting payments
- Welcome and onboard new students and families
- Learn and manage dance studio software systems
- Become knowledgeable about all studio classes, programs, and offerings
- Assist with class registrations and account management
- Support the studio owner with projects, organization, and administrative tasks
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and positive front desk environment
- Assist with events, performances, and studio activities as needed
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive, and professional personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, email, and learning new software
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable and dependable
- Previous administrative, customer service, or dance studio experience is considered an asset but not required

Schedule
- Approximately 20 hours per week
