The Structural Quality Inspector is responsible for verifying the conformity of structural parts and assemblies against drawings, specifications, standards, and customer requirements. The incumbent identifies non-conformities and helps ensure the quality, safety, and reliability of aircraft.

- Inspect assemblies and sub-assemblies.
- Prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Measure and monitor process performance.
- Define and implement corrective and preventive actions within the department.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to validate assemblies.
- Inspect bores and verify fastener installation.
- Monitor and track assembler qualifications and competencies.
- Ensure traceability of quality-related information.
- Follow all quality procedures and processes.
- Minimum of a Professional Studies Diploma (DEP) in Aerospace Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in quality inspection.
- Strong knowledge of inspection techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent understanding of aerospace technical specifications.
- Knowledge of aerospace standards and requirements (BAPS, AIPI, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken, is considered a strong asset for communication within the client’s multilingual environment and for technical documentation.
