Warehouse Associate & Order Picker
Location: Annacis Island (Delta), BC
Pay: $22.00/hour + Full Benefits Package
Shift: Mon–Fri | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (or 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM)

The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you are the backbone of our distribution process. You’ll be responsible for more than just picking; you’ll be an integral part of a clean, efficient, and high-energy environment.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Order Picking: Using power equipment (Counterbalance & Reach Trucks) to accurately pull orders.
- Logistics Support: Loading and unloading containers and positioning pallets for outbound shipping.
- Inventory Flow: Re-stocking shelves and ensuring the warehouse stays organized.
- Warehouse Pride: Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation to ensure food safety.
- Variety: Handling ad hoc duties as needed—no two days are exactly the same!
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–2 years of general warehouse experience is preferred.
- The Gear: Experience with a Counterbalance or Reach Truck is a huge plus, but if you’re a quick learner with a great attitude, we want to hear from you!
- The Details: You have "excellent counting skills" and an eye for detail (we pride ourselves on order accuracy).
- Reliability: You have access to a personal vehicle to get to Annacis Island and a track record of great attendance.
- Team Spirit: You’re a team player who is happy to jump in wherever help is needed.
