Part-Time Front Desk Agent – RV Park Office
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position is for Sundays and Mondays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts, 2 days per week) plus 1 or 2 days a week. (Min 16-24hr/week)
This role is essential in providing excellent guest service, supporting daily office operations, and helping maintain a welcoming environment for our guests and residents. Light cleaning duties in public areas are also required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, residents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Perform administrative and clerical duties
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records
- Support daily office operations and guest services
- Perform light cleaning duties in public/common areas as needed
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer and office software proficiency
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Previous front desk, hospitality, or office experience is an asset, but training will be provided
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
