Excel Promotions is looking for a driven and energetic Sales Associate to join our sales team full-time in Calgary. As a Sales Associate, you will promote our telecom partner directly to residential customers while delivering a high standard of customer service in a face-to-face environment.
The Sales Associate role requires confidence, professionalism, and the ability to clearly explain Internet services and options. As a Sales Associate, you will guide customers through Internet packages, pricing, and promotions while maintaining strong customer service standards that reflect both the client and the company. Ongoing product and service updates are provided to ensure every Sales Associate is successful in the field.
Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers in person and promote Internet services to customers in assigned locations
- Explain Internet plans, pricing, features, and promotions clearly and accurately and walk customers through the sales process
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions by understanding customer needs
- Handle objections and questions while maintaining consistent customer service standards
- Maintain accurate customer records as a Sales Associate, following company guidelines
Sales Associate Requirements:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in Canada
- Comfortable working as a Sales Associate in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to explain Internet products and services clearly and professionally
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable for individual performance
- Willingness to follow scripts, compliance standards, and company processes
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or customer-facing roles is an asset
