Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Autism Specialist to support clients with autism (ASD) in various settings. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients, behaviour analysis, assessment and supporting individuals with disabilities including autism and a strong commitment to enhancing quality of life through personalized care and support.
The candidate will have experience with aggression intervention and mediation for self-harm or injurious behaviour.

Duties
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs and goals
- Support behavioral interventions and therapeutic activities
- Work collaboratively with clinical care team
- Prepare reports, data collection
- De-escalation/emotional regulation techniques
Qualifications
- Degree in related field
- First Aid/CPR
- Non Violence Crisis Intervention, UMAB
- Autism intervention experience
- Minimum 2 Years experience with autism
- Flexibility
- Driver's licence to attend assignments
The successful candidates will work alongside the Pangea clinical team to provide support for clients. Must be able to work independently and as a team.

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $24.50-$26.50 per hour
