Duties
- Perform cleaning duties across various areas including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Assist with detailed cleaning tasks such as dusting, window washing, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces to promote hygiene and safety.
- Support housekeeping management by restocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and reporting maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety standards while delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude.
- Respond flexibly to on-call requests for last-minute cleaning needs or special event preparations to support operational demands.
- Uphold the cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and service corridors to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
- Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning standards is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward guest service.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
