Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage incoming calls using phone etiquette, directing inquiries appropriately
- Handle customer check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain organized front desk area and manage scheduling appointments
- Assist with basic merchandising and product demos when needed
- Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cashiering and cash handling
- Upsell products or services to enhance customer experience and sales opportunities
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely communication and organizational flow
- Manage time effectively to prioritize duties during busy periods
- Tidy up common areas when needed
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk operations preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish) are a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for cash handling
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently
- Experience with technology sales or product demos is advantageous
- Ability to manage time effectively and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clientele
