Job Title: Raw wood Sander
Reports to: Production Supervisor
Contract: Permanent
Location: Miami MB
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

As a sander, you will play an essential role in our production team, performing a variety of tasks that keep our quality of product meeting company standards to fulfill customers expectations. This position is perfect for motivated, energetic individuals who take pride in high-quality work and have a strong eye for detail.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products, identify defects, and repair faulty items from the line.
- Ability to stand for long hours , walk, bend, and lift heavy items (often 40–50+ lbs).
- Maintain work flow and prioritize orders.
- Read and follow work orders and instructions
- Strong attention to detail, basic math and communication skills, and the ability to follow technical instructions
- Follow all safety procedures to prevent injury to self and co-workers
