We are currently looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Service Cashier to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Process service payments accurately using dealership systems
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Complete customer paperwork
- Balance daily cash, debit, and credit transactions
- Understand the cash-handling procedures at the dealership and conduct all transactions accordingly so that all cash and charges are accounted for
- Assist Service Advisors and the service department with administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier/front desk area
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Dealership experience is considered an asset
- PBS experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
