Lab Technologies Inc. is a growing low-voltage integration company specializing in commercial, condominium, industrial, institutional, and high-end residential security systems.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Systems Technician who can work independently, lead projects on-site, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver professional installations.
Responsibilities
- Install, program and commission access control systems
- Install and configure IP camera systems
- Install intercom and video entry systems
- Install structured cabling (Cat5e/Cat6/Fiber)
- Program and troubleshoot TCP/IP networks
- Configure routers, switches, VLANs and VPN connectivity
- Work directly with customers and coordinate with office staff
- Read drawings and mark up as-built documentation
- Lead projects and junior technicians
- Diagnose and solve technical issues with minimal supervision
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years in the electronic security industry.

- Kantech

Networking Skills
Must be highly proficient with:
- TCP/IP
- DHCP
- VLANs
- VPN
- Port forwarding
- Routers
- Managed switches
- Network troubleshooting

Compensation
