Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Client Service Representative to join our UPS Store team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and assist customers with shipping, printing, packing, and other store services.
Duties
- Greet customers and assist with shipping, printing, and store services
- Process shipments, payments, and POS transactions
- Help with packing, labeling, and preparing packages
- Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone
- Promote store products and services
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with inventory and daily store operations
Qualifications
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
- Good communication and computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Reliable, friendly, and team-oriented
- Multilingual skills are an asset
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
