Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and food handlers, to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency, quality, and safety standards.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to promote professional development and teamwork.
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation procedures across all areas of the restaurant.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to optimize workflow and service delivery during peak hours.
- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Implement policies that promote a positive dining environment and uphold the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
