About the role
This is a flexible, varied role for someone who likes wearing several hats. Hybrid office and work from home available. You'll keep our office running smoothly, help create marketing materials, and get out to meet clients and introduce them to our services. If you have an interest in technology, there's room to grow into helping us improve our internal tools and document workflows using AI coding assistants.
What you'll do
- Handle general office administration: file organization, records management, and managing incoming calls and correspondence
- Help produce marketing materials and outreach content
- Visit clients and prospective clients to present our services and products, and support new client recruitment
- Maintain documents and records, increasingly with the help of AI assistants
- As skills allow, help update and improve internal software and tools using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Codex)
What we're looking for
- Some post-secondary education
- Strong organization and communication skills, comfortable on the phone and in person
- Comfort with, or curiosity about, AI assistants such as Claude Code or Codex (highly valued)
- Any programming or GitHub experience (highly valued)
- Willingness to travel locally to meet clients
- A self-starter who's happy to take on a mix of admin, sales/marketing, and customer relations work
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
