We are seeking a dependable and motivated Precision Machine Operator to join our food production team. In this role, you will operate and monitor production equipment, ensure product quality, and help maintain efficient operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Must have 2-3 years in a food manufacturing enviornment operating a machine
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor food production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain consistent production flow while meeting quality and productivity targets.
- Perform routine equipment checks and identify potential issues before they impact production.
- Ensure products meet quality standards through careful inspection and attention to detail.
- Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with machine changeovers, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting as required.
Qualifications
- 2-3 Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Experience with food manufacturing equipment is considered an asset.
