Responsibilities:
· Greeting guests
· Booking appointments
· Writing up work orders
· Being responsible for work orders in the shop
· Provide information from the technician to the customer about their vehicle
· Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician
· Follow up with guests and keep them updated
· Explain all work performed and charges
· Assist colleagues with tasks needed
Requirements:
· Outstanding customer service skills
· Basic automotive mechanical knowledge is a bonus
· Dealership CRM experience is a major asset, preference will be given to candidates with ERA/Reynolds experience
· Typing Skills
· Previous Toyota or Lexus Experience not require
· Excellent communication skills & phone manner
· Able to work in a fast paced environment and stay organized
· Previous Service Advisor experience
