Every school day, we safely transport students to and from school while maintaining the highest standards of safety and reliability. We're looking for a Licensed 310T Truck & Coach Technician to join our maintenance team.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a fleet of school buses and support vehicles.
- Perform preventative maintenance, brake repairs, safety inspections, and monthly fleet inspections.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic software.
- Complete accurate maintenance records and inspection reports.
- Respond to service calls and work closely with the Shop Foreman to keep our fleet operating safely and reliably.
What We're Looking For
- Valid Ontario 310T Truck & Coach Technician Licence (required).
- Experience maintaining heavy-duty or fleet vehicles (school bus experience is an asset).
- Experience using diagnostic software, including Navistar, Cummins INSITE, Allison DOC, Meritor WABCO, and other scan tools.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, safety-focused, and committed to quality workmanship.
