You are part of the system that keeps public health support running smoothly—where every claim processed and every record updated can make a real difference in someone’s access to care.
In this role, you’ll be handling the day-to-day flow of claims and program administration with care and precision. You may review and process benefit claims, verify supporting documents, and update eligibility records for government health programs. You’ll work with internal systems to enter and validate data, correct errors when needed, and help ensure that payments and approvals move through the system efficiently and accurately.
Beyond processing work, you’ll also be a key point of coordination. You’ll communicate with healthcare providers, clients, and government partners to clarify information, respond to inquiries about eligibility or claim status, and follow up on missing or incomplete documentation. When issues become more complex, you’ll escalate them to senior staff or specialists to ensure they are resolved properly.
You’ll also contribute to the operational strength of the team by maintaining accurate records, supporting enrollment and onboarding processes, assisting with audits and reporting, and helping identify ways to improve efficiency and workflow.
