Job Summary
We are looking for friendly and energetic servers to join our team at Scores Saint-Laurent. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience through attentive service and a positive attitude. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love providing great customer service, this position is perfect for you!
Responsibilities
- take their orders accurately using POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering and cash handling duties.
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain a clean dining area, including table clearing, sanitation, and ensuring guest comfort.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues quickly.
Experience
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for billing, and order accuracy.
