We are seeking a Cashier to join the team at Little Baba.
The Cashier is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to guests in a quick service restaurant (QSR) environment. This role involves taking customer orders, processing payments, maintaining cleanliness of the front counter area, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Greet customers promptly with a friendly and professional attitude

Accurately take customer orders using the POS (Point of Sale) system

Process cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments

Answer customer questions regarding menu items, promotions, and specials

Upsell menu items and promote current offers when appropriate

Assemble and verify orders before handing them to customers

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining area, and beverage stations

Restock supplies such as cups, lids, napkins, and condiments

Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies
-
Handle customer concerns calmly and escalate issues to management when necessary

Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous cashier or customer service experience is an asset

Basic math skills and cash handling experience
