Key Responsibilities (vary by experience level):
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to menu and standards
- Execute dishes efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Support inventory, prep work, and kitchen operations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver consistent, memorable guest experiences
- For senior cooks: assist with mentoring junior staff and supporting kitchen leadership
Prep Cook (Entry-Level):
- Passion for food and willingness to learn
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is an asset
Line Cook:
- 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen
- Ability to run a station with consistency and efficiency
- Solid understanding of cooking techniques and food safety
Experienced Cook (Senior-Level):
- 3+ years of progressive culinary experience
- Advanced cooking skills and ability to manage multiple stations or complex service
- Strong leadership abilities with experience supporting or mentoring team members
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, quality control, and food safety
