Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assisting with meal assembly, and supporting the kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients according to recipes and standards
- Prepare menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Support cooking processes by following established procedures and safety guidelines
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Assist with inventory management by organizing ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Follow proper food storage procedures to prevent contamination and spoilage
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety protocols is advantageous
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and sanitation practices is beneficial
- Experience in meal preparation or working in the food industry demonstrates readiness for this role
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards

Pay: $17.20-$23.00 per hour
