POSITION SUMMARY
Polaron Energy Corp. is a Canadian solar energy company committed to delivering clean, sustainable energy solutions. The Operations Coordinator plays a key supporting role in the successful execution of projects and operational initiatives across multiple business functions.
Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Measurement, Engineering, and Site Teams, this role ensures projects advance efficiently, records remain accurate, and operational processes are applied consistently. As the business grows, the Operations Coordinator will have the opportunity to participate in workflow improvements, system implementations, reporting initiatives, and other projects that support organizational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Coordination & Follow-Up
Monitor project progress and maintain accurate project records.
Track outstanding tasks and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate routine communication between departments to keep projects on track.
Assist in resolving project-related inquiries and information gaps.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members as appropriate.
Data & Documentation Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within CRM and operational systems.
Ensure project documentation is complete, organized, and readily accessible.
Support issue tracking, reporting, and record management activities.
Assist with compliance and audit-related documentation as required.
Operational Support
Support day-to-day operational activities across multiple business functions.
Assist with the implementation of operational procedures and workflow updates.
Participate in process improvement and operational project initiatives.
Provide administrative and coordination support for cross-functional initiatives.
Take on additional operational responsibilities as business needs evolve.
Reporting & Process Administration
Assist with operational reporting and data collection activities.
Monitor project and operational metrics as assigned.
Identify recurring issues and communicate observations to senior team members.
Support standardization and continuous improvement efforts across operations.
QUALIFICATIONS

Experience (Asset)
Experience in project coordination, administration, customer service, or operations support is considered a strong asset.
Familiarity with solar energy, construction, or utilities sectors is an advantage but is not required.

COMPENSATION & WORK ARRANGEMENTS
The annual base salary for this role ranges from $40,000 to $50,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus. Polaron Energy Corp. offers a hybrid work schedule: employees are expected to work four (4) days per week at our North York office (2 Tippett Rd., Floor 4, North York, ON M3H 2V1) and one (1) day per week remotely.
