Role Overview
Our Premier Client in Northumberland County is looking for a Sales Advisor. In this role you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving revenue through reservations, upselling, and relationship building. This role requires a balance of sales performance, service excellence, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed individual bi-weekly and team sales targets
- Accurately capture and maintain guest data according to company standards
- Conduct reservation follow-ups to maximize conversions
- Participate in business development initiatives as assigned
- Provide booking support across departments when needed
- Participate in ongoing training related to sales, services, and guest experience
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Contribute positively to team culture and workplace environment
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, bookings, and preferences
- Ensure all relevant information is documented, including schedules, special requests, and billing details
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
