Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeperto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in Residential Homes and AIRBNB's ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires strong time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients to meet their specific cleaning needs.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens.
- Prepare meals as needed, showcasing cooking skills while adhering to dietary preferences or restrictions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks while managing multiple assignments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning preferences and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of French is a plus for communicating with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities are crucial for efficient task execution.
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles will be advantageous in understanding client needs and expectations.
