MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The coach will be responsible for:
Planning, organizing, and leading training sessions and matches.
Preparing coherent, progressive session content adapted to the team’s level.
Supporting the technical, tactical, physical, and mental development of players.
Preparing matches, managing games, and conducting post-match follow-ups.
Conducting individual and team evaluations.
Participating in video analysis when required.
Contributing to identification camps, recruitment activities, and selection processes.
Collaborating with other coaches, technical leaders, and performance sta .
Working with the club’s resources in strength and conditioning, mental performance, GPS
tracking, and athlete development.
Communicating clearly, constructively, and professionally with athletes, families, sta , and
Sporting Direction.
Creating a demanding, safe, respectful, and motivating environment.
Representing CS LaSalle professionally on and o the field.
