We’re looking to add Part-Time Cannabis Budtender's to our team for the busy summer season in the Shuswap! This position will primarily be evenings and weekends as well as on-call coverage for sick-call ins and vacation relief, with hours ranging from 8 to 32 per week depending on business needs.

Key Qualifications
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a welcoming, positive, and professional experience for every customer.
- Age Requirement: Must be 19 years of age or older (required by law).
- Passion for Cannabis: Genuine interest in cannabis and eagerness to continuously learn about products, cannabinoids, terpenes, and consumption methods.
- Retail Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Cannabis retail experience is an asset.
- Certification: A valid Selling It Right certificate is required before your first shift.
- Flexibility: Ability to work on short notice and provide holiday coverage as needed.

- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation between our Blind Bay and Sorrento locations.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product knowledge and purchases (within Health Canada guidelines).
- Operate the POS system accurately, handling cash and transactions efficiently.
- Support opening/closing procedures when needed.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Complete inventory and product card audits as set out by the managers.
- Complete daily tasks set out by the managers.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance customer experience.

Schedule
- 4-hour, 6-hour, or 8-hour shifts depending on coverage needs.

Experience
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
License/Certification
- Selling It Right (required by law).
