We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and relationship-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team.
Position Summary
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with property managers, condominium managers, insurance professionals, facility managers, commercial clients, and industry partners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, meeting people, and helping clients find trusted restoration solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate leads and secure new restoration and reconstruction projects.
- Visit property management offices, condominium corporations, commercial buildings, and networking events.
- Promote Renolux Restore Group's emergency restoration and reconstruction services.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and lunch-and-learn sessions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular client contact.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Represent Renolux Restore Group professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable with networking and developing long-term business relationships.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Experience in restoration, construction, property management, or insurance is considered an asset but is not required.
