As a Swim Instructor, you’ll spend your days inspiring the next generation of swimmers. This role is active, adventurous, fun, and incredibly rewarding — perfect for people who love the water and working with kids.

Monday – Sunday | 5–40 hours per week
Pay:
$21.00–$26.00 per hour

Monday to Friday (Swim Camp, 5-day-in-a-row): 8:00am – 8:30pm
Saturday & Sunday (Once a week lesson): 8:00am – 8:30pm

Virtual Prescreen
A 30-minute virtual or in-person conversation with our regional hiring team to learn more about Pedalheads, the role, and to answer any questions you may have.
In-Person Interview (In-Pool Teaching Simulation)
A 45-minute interview at the pool location so you can see where you’ll be teaching and meet the team.
