Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic tandoor dishes with precision and consistency.
- Supervise kitchen staff, including assisting with food preparation, cooking, and serving.
- Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage the daily operations of the kitchen, including inventory control and maintaining cleanliness.
- Lead food service activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes to guests.

Qualifications
